Did This Artist Undergo a Name Change?

The artist in question is Henry G. Higgenbotham. In the C14 (and also in C15) printing of Worn Powerstone it is showed to be Henry G. Higginbotham. The letter "e" in Higgen was changed to a letter "i".

However, in all other printings of Worn Powerstone, it is shown to be Higgen. And there are no other occurences of Higgin when checked at gatherer, only one card, one printing (soon to be two). There are however, 3 other occurences of Higgen in Voltaic Key, Cathodion and Claws of Gix.

I'm really tempted to say that WotC made an error, as I honestly can't see another person with the exact same name, but just one letter change being employed by the same company to do the exact same artwork as a previous person.

I also can't see why someone would undergo the complexities for a name change for just one letter.

I googled him and not once did I find a higgEnbotham, so I havent a clue. bye!

That fish was surprised at the sight of a sports game. Probably soccer or football.

I guess there are no Little Big Planet 2 fans here

Also this name just reminds me of the Higgs Boson. Did this artist create all of the universe?
