Card values (scored resource)

A friend mentioned that there was a website that scores/grades cards based on their in-game values, and works well as a good resource for learning which cards are generally great for formats like EDH and Modern.
Anyone know of such a website/system?
Like, I'm still pretty unfamiliar with which cards to play in my Mayael deck, etc., and I've got a bunch of maybe cards I'd love to know which ones are better than the others. I'd just like to have a resource of information, rather than posting here all the time.

i know there is a drafting app that provides a score 1-100 and a few sentances why certain cards are strong or good pics but not about constructed
