Does Torpor Orb prevent any of Emrakul, Aeons Thorn's abilities. How do these two cards interact. Does Torpor Orb prevent Emrakul's "When you cast" ability?
hardhitta71194 is correct. Torpor Orb prevents two things: effects from creatures as that creature enters the battlefield and effects that trigger when another creature enters the battlefield. Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is a cast ability, so will not be hindered.
Couple other quick notes:
It is helpful to link your cards when you ask questions by encasing them in double brackets as so:

Torpor Orb stops "enter the battlefield" triggers caused by Creatures, so it will affect cards like Snapcaster Mage ("when ~ ETBs") and Blasting Station ("whenever a creature ETBs"). It will not stop other abilities, like the Cast trigger on Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

Im pretty sure it does not because it is a cast trigger not an ETB.
