are there any card that give me control of my opponents graveyard?

so i run a black/blue mill zombie deck and would love to delve using my opponents grave yard.

are there any cards that allow that ? or something like that ?

There aren't any cards that actively let you exile/delve from an opponent's graveyard. The first card that comes to mind for giving control of an opponent's graveyard is Hedonist's Trove. Not quite what you're looking for, but it's a fun card to use.
