Im lookin for some people to have some friendly matches or tournaments with in UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai)... Any groups setup out here?

But, normally a Google search is just going to have to do. This is a primarily US-based website and with some support in the UK. If you can find a local game shop, that is going to be your best bet.
