Cards in hand: 1 Basic Land, 1 Lotus Petal, 1 Flash, 1 Academy Rector, 1 Enter the Infinite
Cards in Library: 1 Omniscience
Cards in hand or library: 1 Laboratory Maniac, 1 Arcanis the Omnipotent
Step 1: Play any land.
Step 2: Play Lotus Petal.
Step 3: Tap them both to get 1 blue mana and 1 other mana.
Step 4: Play Flash to summon your Academy Rector, then don't pay its mana cost so it dies so you can play Omniscience from your deck.
Step 5: Play Enter the Infinite to get all of your library and then place down 1 junk card on the top/bottom of your library.
Step 6: Play Laboratory Maniac and Arcanis the Omnipotence.
Step 7: Tap Arcanis the Omnipotence.
Step 8: There is no step 8. You won.
Replace Arcanis the Omnipotent with Azami, Lady of Scrolls and you don't need haste. (Tap Azami and Lab Maniac to draw 2.) That's basically a DIY Angel of Glory's Rise combo, but that only requires you to have a Hermit Druid on the field and a deck with no basic lands. ;)
Edit: but if you wanted to make sure you could give haste and use Arcanis, you could just put Expedite and a Chrome Mox or Mox Diamond in the deck (assuming EDH) or a second Lotus Petal.

What about haste for Arcanis? I mean, I'm sure if you can draw your whole deck you probably have enough counter magic or protection, but just in case?
