After a successful Q&A Thursday January 22nd on the Tapped Out Forums I figured I might as well launch the campaign today!

To view and back the campaign visit Action Chips Kickstarter Campaign or search for Action Chips on Kickstarter. I thank all of you for your questions and appreciate all of your feedback and support.

That other counter can't say "+5/+5 counter" for it to work the way you want it to, it should say "five +1/+1 counters".

Can't argue with you on that one! I'll keep that in mind. Thank you!

That actually applies to every type of counter.

100 +1/+1 counters etc.

Also, could loyalt counters be made too? I think that may appeal to some players too, cause the idea of Planeswalkers sitting down for a game of poker seems funny.

Actually it seems unfair, since Jace would always know if you're bluffing.

Lmao! I thought baout loyalty counters but the +1/+1 counter doubles as a loyalty counter as well.

No -1/-1 counters? There could be just a counter thous without +1 markings. It could work as all other counters (loyalty, ice counter, charge, etc).

As a poker player a used poker chips too with magic when I started playing. Soon those changed to dies because the size differense (both easier to see cards and easier to travel with them).

I like the idea though. Lets face it, smaller size would be better but it is obvious that the main reason to stick with this size is that you don't have to order custom size chips and you can use the normal ones for making these, right? If I were to use these, I would definitely want better graphics on them.

The graphics are updated if you go to the campaign. The ones in the video are completely different than those in the description.

Not a bad idea at all! I really like this concept, very novel. I'd love to bring these to my LGS and play Magic with them. I'm sure it would turn heads!

Then back the project! It's live on Kickstarter right now. I would really appreciate your support. You get them for a super discount right now with it being day one with my "Earky Bird" specials.

And for those who think it's a good idea but don't want to back it right now please share this link to My Kickstarter Campaign on your social media networks so your friends can see what I am trying to create.

If you're making the chips double-sided, why not put something different on the opposite side? This allows people to have twice as many different types of chips. (eg +1/+1 on one side, -1/-1 on the other; 'Does not untap' on one side 'cannot attack or block' on the other, etc...)

Also, quite frankly, at about $1/chip, that's far too expensive for my blood.

I'd like this, but it doesn't support Canadian shipping.
