Hi, my name is Sydney and I've been playing MTG for almost a year now and I'm trying to organize my cards into a binder. I'm going to be having my commons and uncommons in one binder and my rares and mythic rares in a another one. My question is, I should i store cards if I have multiple of the same card? Within the page should I have 3 in individual slots and then store my extras into a separate binder or box? I really need help with this. I want all my cards organized before the "Shadows Over Innistrad" prerelease. THANK YOU!

Mermaid_lover5697,
Are you familiar with Tolarian Community College? Prof has a video that may be what you're looking for here.

Well, here's my advice: seperate what's playable and what's not, it doesn't behoove you to have Witch's Familiar in a binder, but things like Duress are good to have organised. As for extras, absolutely keep them together, if you need a card for anything other than edh or highlander, you will probably want multiples, hopefully this is helpful.

As you play more, you'll become more familiar with what's sought after and what's junk. I wouldn't bother putting junk in a binder. Organized in a box will do.

You could always try out my fancy new Google Sheets service for logging cards.....
