Good box for storing sleeved oversized cards?

I just acquired a load of Planechase cards, about 45, and have sleeved them all.

Does anyone know of any sort of box I could keep them in?

I tried the cardboard box my pre-built EDH deck came in, but they were too long for it.

I live in Australia so I'd prefer something here I can get my hands on, or something I can order from here.

I myself own all of the Planes from planechase, and the best way I've found to store them is a Fat Pack box. The size it just right and as long as you pack around it, it keeps them nice and snug.

I hadn't thought of using a Fat Pack Box. I own an EDH deckbox that holds 2 100 card sleeved decks, and the front flap fits all of my Planechase cards, and oversized commanders as well.

This is my deck box -- I love it. I've owned it for 5+ years and it's holding up extremely well.

I also have the one the box that DrFunk27 linked, but I just wanted to point out that the top compartment is meant for 100 card decks and the bottom compartment is meant for 80 card decks. Just in case it's something you were considering, that may be important. When you overpack the bottom the cards have a tenancy to shift around because the sides of the bottom compartment aren't as tall as the top compartment. Sometimes it's not a big issue but other times cards can shift between the box and the top compartment so when you try to pull the bottom compartment out you can bend some cards in half if your not paying attention.

abenz419 I've stored 2 100 card decks in both compartments without any issue. You just have to be careful, but I normally am.

I didn't say it's impossible to stuff two 100 cards decks in there, just that the bottom is not meant to hold 100 cards and is hence smaller because of it. Which can cause problems because the cards that are being held in place simply from the pressure of being wedged underneath the top compartment can shift because the sides of the bottom compartment aren't doing anything to protect the cards that stick out above it. Who cares if you just have to be careful, some people aren't interested in purchasing something that will only do what they want if they give it special treatment. Sometimes people just want to purchase something that will work as intended without any special treatment or procedures. Plus he mentions he has 45 planechase cards and I believe the box only holds like 20-25. I'm sure you can probably jam a few extras in there too like you can the bottom compartment, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I may or may not be a he ...

I actually have one of the deck boxes you are talking about.

My pre-built EDH deck is in the top, with all its tokens, and the oversized Commander card is in the part where oversized cards go, which also holds the M15 oversized Garruk card, and 20 Archenemy oversized cards.

My 60 card Archenemy deck is in the bottom compartment, so that all fits beautifully.

However, because it is so stuffed full, I can't fit my Planechase cards in there as well. That's why I was looking for something else to hold them.

I know they would fit in a Fat Pack, but I was looking for something a bit smaller.

Maybe my best bet is just to go to a craft shop and find some kind of cardboard box that looks nice. Maybe I could even jazz it up by sticking a Magic picture on it, or something.

Can you get this off of amazon? This would fit the bill exactly, but I have no idea what foreign availability is.

Coinman1863 you are awesome!

That is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for.

I forgot I had seen the completely black version of that box earlier, too. The one with the Planechase design looks cooler and I they ship to Australia so I now have one on order.

You are welcome, this was honestly the first thing I thought of but was unsure if it would ship to you. :P
