Easiest sleeves to shuffle with?

Maybe I'm just bad at shuffling but the Ultra Pros I have just don't seem to shuffle very well. Any suggestions?

You're not wrong. Ultra Pro sleeves aren't the best. I absolutely detest shuffling with them. I would highly recommend KMC Hyper Mat Premium or Dragon Shields. S-Tier shuffle feel.

I was a HUGE KMC fanboy before Dragonshield released their new Matte design. I'm never looking back. Dragonshield Mattes are by far the best sleeves on the market.

Too answer your question; Ultra Pro Sleeves suck. I'd never waste money on them.

Dragon Shield are highly recommended. KMC Hyper mat Premium are decent enough as well. I have never really had a problem with Ultra-Pro sleeves, I actually find them by far (excluding Dragon Shield) the easiest to shuffle up but everyone is different

The only sleeves I detest are graphic-backed sleeves. As time goes by the sleeves just start to fall apart and I hate having to replace them.

What exactly is the difference between matte and the regular? Forgive me, I'm not a sleeve aficionado haha.

Matte is textured while non-matte are sleek.

Matte

Non-Matte

I don't know how clear the images are, but you can see that the mattes have a kind of stippled texture whereas the non-matte are your typical sleeves that you see everywhere. I find the textured mattes to be easier to shuffle with as they are not as slippery. When they're new, they don't slip out of your hands and go all over the place, and when they're old, they don't stick to one another.

Nice! Just picked up some matte dragonshields actually. Shuffling is easier....but I think I'm also just bad at it. How a person can be bad at mash shuffling is beyond me, but I guess I'm that guy.

The worst sleeves I've used are ones with a metallic back, such as the Brom art sleeves or My Little Pony sleeves, as the art on the back tends to peel off.

I get ultra pro for draft or prerelease because they're cheap and anything shuffles well if you only have 40 cards.

For actual decks and especially commander decks I use the new Dragonshield matte. I have found that even amongst the matte collection the new clear matte and white matte seem to shuffle the easiest with the clear matte getting respect because clear haha.

i don't have issues with my ultra pro sleeves but I use the ones with pictures. Like the Ugin ones for Tron, The Modern Masters event deck ones for Infect and the latest Nahiri ones for the Naya Nahiri modern deck I just dreamt up which seems pretty nice so far.
