Just a random thought.

well there are some office document binders with locks you could use to do that, though you can probably add a lock to a binder anyway, though the issue with trade binders would be more that they are lightweight and not that they can be opened, best bet is to leave binders in a bag or case.

This guy just uses a 600 card count box as his trade binder. The look at some of the people's face when they go through it. At least all my stuff is double sleeved.

There are binders that came out recently that have zippers along the outside. Maybe you could affix some lock to the zipper?

@addaff What guy? Cause I do that.

You could always skin some sort of large locking diary and sow it to the outside of your binder.

The thing is though, if someone steals your binder it's not really going to matter if there's a lock on it. They're just going to take their time breaking it open. It's the same reason why safes that aren't bolted to a surface are pretty much useless.

An easy and cheap solution would be to go to an office supply/school supply store and get one of those cheap plastic document carriers that zip all the way around. Then, get a cheap tiny keylock for locking the zipper pulls together.
