Best Double Sleeving Combination?

Hey all, just got back into Magic at M15 and am close to completing a Modern and 2 Standard decks. I'm also working on full playsets of the important lands (Fetch, Scry, Shocks). So to protect my investment, I wanted to get an idea of what you all thought were good combinations for double sleeving.

I've heard that KMC perfect's are the way to go for inner sleeves, but I'm open to suggestions for both inner and outer sleeves. Cheers!

KMC perfect fits in KMC Hyper Mattes are the way to go!

all of his decks are in those. I cannot recommend them enough either. Only KMC produces good inner sleeves; the others are either too large and slip off or too small that they warp the cards.

Do you guys only use KMC outer sleeves too? Like the Hyper or Super?

Another option is regular dragon shields for inner and these fat penny sleeves for outer.

I'm simply happy with KMC inner sleeves, and any decent outer sleeve that feel good.

Just chiming in to say I also use KMC inner sleeves and dragon shields as my outer sleeves. KMC hyper matte outers are a good second, but I just have a personal preference for dragon shields. KMC Perfect Fit are literally the best inner sleeve for anything.

I wouldn't mind DragonShield, but can't quite stand how the old style comes out curled. Texture feels great, but the curly corners make it hard to mash-shuffle. I procured a box of turquoises, and holy f*ck they feel good.

The one pack of ultra pro pro-fits I've bought, I just gave them to the local Yugioh players hoping they'd make better use of it. I'd stick with KMC perfect fits.

So it sounds like KMC perfects for the inners. Now I'm wondering about the outers. A player at my store used the UP Pro Matte with them. Said that they worked well. I'm curious about any of the KMC hyper or super users.

KMC Hyper Mattes are usually better than KMC supers. The Hypers shuffle better than the glossy Supers.

I sleeved all my decks in White KMC Hypers with KMC perfect fits, 3 EDH decks and one Modern, no complaints so far.

KMC Hyper mats are by far the best outers ive ever used their as tough as dragon shield and shuffle WAY better

I've used KMC Hyper Mat and they started tearing after a couple of months and, since the sleeves are so rigid, they started scratching the back of other sleeves when I mash shuffled. I since then bought orange dragon shields and don't have a single complaint. Dragon Shields for outer and KMC Perfect Fit for inner is by far the best.

Then don't mash shuffle. There are many different ways to shuffle, and KMC hyper matts are designed to allow different shuffling techniques to become a lot easier.
