Werewolf EDH speculation

If Wizards prints a Legendary Werewolf in EMN, there are a bunch of people who will finally get to build their Werewolf EDH deck (including myself!)

So what do y'all think that will do to prices of key Werewolf and Werewolf-enabling cards? I'm especially wondering about Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip and Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip (since they're Mythic to start with), but I suspect there are other cards at risk of significant price jumps too. Especially if someone tries a buyout.

And are there any historical examples that would give additional insight?

Thanks tons!

No insight on examples, but Huntmaster is up on price from a little while ago so people could be buying now based on a speculation of this exact idea.

All I know is my copy of Immerwolf (U, DKA) spiked to about $1.5, so I got a feeling EMN is only going to drive prices of werewolfs up further.

Plus, it's being tried out in Modern as a viable deck.

Jund is back in modern, which explains Huntmaster. I think the casual crowd could force a price spike on existing werewolves if something is printed that brings the tribe together. As it is right now, it's definitely lacking.

i re bought all my werewolves in foil before the release of Shadows in case Werewolves EDH became a thing. Even without a dedicated werewolf general it really stands up now. Can't wait to get a proper general for it though, hoping we get one that is at least gruul in the next set. The foils of the best wolves and werewolves from Innistrad will definitely rise a bit if EDH becomes a thing, suppose it depends how good the legend is

True that, ChiefBell. Werewolves are lacking, Huntmaster is great, but he doesn't complete the deck.
