Walking ballista

I'm wondering if Walking Ballista gonna hold value or go down I currently need 2 for modern and wondering once it rotates out of standard or if eldrazi tron becomes less popular where will the price settle.

Yea I'm running hangarback right now in its place so I'm in no rush a friend wanted to trade me 2 for a Marsh Flats I know long term flat better I don't mind making the trade if the card keeps it value.

Ballista will not keep it's value in the long term, so I wouldn't trade away a fetch for it unless you have absolutely no use for the fetch. However MtG IS a game, so it's important to get cards you need to play with, since investing in mtg is normally not worth the hassle, so it's ultimately up to you. I think if you wait a few weeks after Amonkhet releases, people may sell/trade their spare copies of ballista for the newer cards so you might be able to find them cheaper at that time.

Kaladesh won't rotate until Fall of 2018, so I don't expect Walking Ballista to go down until then.
Well, unless it's banned, of course.
