I was cleaning my room and found a $15 gift card to target. I figured I would go get three packs. Turns out, those packs payed off crazily.
The rare in pack one was:
Tireless Tracker yay!
Rare in pack two was:
Flameblade Angel meh
Rare(s) in pack three were
All the cards add to around $27 USD when I spent $12.4
Looking to trade the stone off, is this a good idea? I don't play standard, but I don't know if it will rise.

The aggro deck always falls out of favor. That being said, eventually every deck in white will be packing 2-4 copies so it's probably safe to hold.

I would submit that Declaration in Stone will be modern playable (it destroys token decks with no drawbacks) and will retain value even after it rotates out of standard. If you want maximum value for it, it might be best to cash out now.

Any white based deck in modern is at least looking at this thing. Hoses tokens as stated above, BUT even with the drawback 2: draw a are is expensive in modern. If it were a card, no one would play it. Anyway...eventually they will use the clue to draw. The main point here, though, white decks that are maxed out on Path to Exile will be looking at this for extra removal slots. I have my eyes on it for my Soul Sisters deck, so that's an idea of what wants it right away. Any deck that runs white will want at least one to side against tokens. You have hype on your side now, but just a cautionary bit of advice, I unloaded some modern playable a while they were still standard and regretted it. Voice of Resurgence, my foil Deathrite Shamans, etc burned me bad because I unloaded them too early. Give it a minute and follow what modern decks are doing with it.

Declaration in Stone isn't a mythic and Shadows wasn't an awful set which means that a lot of it will be opened. If mono-white remains a strong archetype than Declarations will start flooding the market and not be all that difficult to find because everybody will want them and/or be trading them.
I would watch the price of them VERY carefully.
