Sell or hold promo Baral?

So I opened a promo Baral, Chief of Compliance at prerelease on Saturday, and I have an offer for 25-30$. Should I take it, or will Baral maintain/increase in value? I'm incredibly inept at these things, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would say keep it if you ever wanna play edh,personally i like to keep pre-release promo to remind me of the fun i had at a pre-release but if you don't care about edh and don't care about the card at all i would say take the deal it seems a reasonable price for it and you could use the money for another card you really need

Definitely 30 bucks is a lot more than this card will ever command. It is the textbook definition of a $1 rare if I ever saw one.

I'd sell.

You can always pick a non-foil once the value lowers.
