Thoughts on the newest Secret Lairer?
I'm happy Teferi's Protection is getting a reprint but mostly hoping for a reprint in CMDR Legends for the price to actually go down.
Considering I've been wanting a Consecrated Sphinx and wouldn't mind getting a Teferi's Protection, it's already worth it there. Then you add on Collected Company and Amulet of Vigor and it's even better. It's the one Secret Lair I've actually been impressed by in a while. Even better yet, for those people that don't feel like giving Wizards their money right now because of the Walking Dead SL, $30 is going to charity anyway so they can be satisfied that their money is going elsewhere. At least partially.

It's $60 for foil, alternate arts of Consecrated Sphinx, Teferi's Protection, Collected Company, and Amulet of Vigor.

This secret lair actually has value in it and it's going towards a good cause. I'm picking one up even though I already have these cards in normal. :)

A proxy is what you can use as a substitute for a real card as long as it's ok with your playgroup

shadow63 ah, got you. So these Secret Lair cards don’t count as “real cards” in the playable sense, I take it?

Balaam_ These secret lairs are real cards. shadow63 is saying that he? would rather just print out a piece of paper and stick it on an island or something rather than give WotC money.
