Reconnaissance - get in there?

I'm wondering if I should get a Reconnaissance while it's around $10 - it was $5-6 not too long ago and while I don't have an immediate (EDH) deck slot for it, I very much expect I will at some point because it's cheeky as hell. Will it just keep rising? One printing, ages ago, very little chance something so unique will be reprinted... etc.
I waited on Sylvan Library the same way and it's gone from $10-11 to upwards of $20 now so that's a stretch for me. (I expect to see this back in a Masters product at some point though.)
Also, it 'breaks' the rules of the game - but is it past the point where it'll ever be considered for a ban?
Even if you potentially lose out, this is an effect that isn't really worth the money it costs and the card isn't really a shoehorn into anything type of card. If spend money on something you know is good and you need currently.

it should lower in price, the reason for the spike is likely due to it's interactions with several of the 2018 precon commanders, it doesn't really break the game and if they did reprint it the price would likely plummet to under a dollar. but it maybe something to keep an eye on, not likely going to jump up suddenly, but I think it might be in one of the older precon decks from exodus. (I do really wish I bought some back when I wanted it for my sigarda deck back when it was $.50).
