I recently got my hands on two unopened packs of Mind Seize.
Would it be better to open them and trade/sell the True-Name Nemesis or are they expected to hold their value long term. I am also interested in building Nekusar, the Mindrazer and have considered opening one for a base and building from there.
Advice, opinions, thoughts?

Use one, and play with it. Hold the other till they are out of print, and TNN rises.

Maybe put the second TNN aside in a trade binder? It is the main reason that the deck is worth that much.

You can buy Nekusar for less than $1. If you want him just keep em both unopened and grab your general from TCG

I have 3. Opened one, will keep the others sealed. It will be a good deal of time before a good return on these items is possible, but honestly that's ok.
So in answer to your question, bust one open and have fun. Save the other for a rainy day when you need some cash, maybe for financing a new deck.

I am going to go pick up the one that I saw at Walmart for 30. Well worth it in the long run.
