Today I was going through my collection, just throwing together a casual Simic deck, and I came across a Portal printing of Storm Crow . Am I rich or what?
In all serious, how is the average price of a foil Storm Crow only 38 cents? Seems like it should be worth a lot more than that.

I know its not a good card. But it seems like there would be enough demand for it, as a joke/prank/nostalgia/whatever you want to call it for it to be worth more than that.

The foil should be worth more even though it is a joke. Foil Steamflogger Boss goes for $4.50 and that card should have a silver border. :/

It's not hard to see why Steamflogger Boss is far more valuable than a lowly Storm Crow :
First, Steamflogger is a future border, automatically giving it more collection value. Second, it's a rare (and a foil rare at that). Third, it's a joke card that is actually bad at doing something, versus being bad because it does nothing at all (e.g. Storm Crow ). Lastly, Storm Crow has been reprinted, like, 9 times and Steamflogger was a one-set card.

Not as rich as whoever is buying all the Storm Crow from SCG. They're constantly sold out of all printings but Alliances.
