Ok, so I recently got the amazing idea to make a wizard deck, but I have no clue what kind of land/mana or instants/sorceries to run in a mono-blue wizard deck. Any suggestions?

For now I'm not really going to buy them all at once. Once I whittle it down to a reasonable price that still functions, then I'll think about purchasing it.
