Why is The Haunt of Hightower being listed as banned?

In my deck, Growth Bomb, The Haunt of Hightower is making the deck listed as non-EDH legal. I've looked at the legality and it should definitely be legal. Can someone fix it?

It just seems weird, since all the other Ravnica Allegiance cards are perfectly fine.
