I am on the verge of making an infect deck, but I am trying to figure out which is the more effective infect deck. Mono Green Infect or U/G infect. I need to know which is more effective to get a base knowledge on what I am building. I do have almost every pump spell for either mono green or u/g. Need some info and a heated discussion

Well I don't have a lot of black cards for infect, but I ave a lot of cards for either mono green or blue, so black really isn't an option for me, but it's worth looking into

I will give you a VERY simple rundown of pros and cons.
Mono Green:
+ Can win turn 2
+ CAN WIN TURN 2
- If you don't win by turn 2 you may just lose
U/G:
+ Unblockable stuff
+ Lasts longer and more durable
- Higher curve so you don't win as fast.
As you can see, they both are quite close in terms of playstyle, but Mono Green favors complete speed for reliability and U/G likes to play a little bit slower, but a lot more reliable.

I really would rather have U/G because Mono G is not good. Period. U/G also has Fetchlands, which are great in modern.

Black green with mostly artifact creatures and and pump spells has worked well for me.

UG is best, Mono black isn't viable at all. Mono green is okay but not worth it if you can afford to build UG infect.

Well I realized was the fact that the u/g infect only allows Distortion Strike and Blighted Agent , so I can see why mono green can be fast, but it's the same as any infect. If the turn goes past 4 and you haven't won yet you will be in the long haul for a loss. I think either or is good, but what I think puts mono green over the too is the fact it is a mono color and Primal Bellow

Primal Bellow is terrible in infect. Giant Growth is better and that's not even playable in most infect lists

OK, being a VERY VERY experienced Infect player, I'll give you the rundown on the three major builds of the deck:
Mono-Green:+Can kill on turn 2+More absolutely consistent mana-Little options in sideboarding or Infect creatures-Little evasion
U/G Infect (My choice)+Can kill on turn 2+Options for unblockability in Distortion Strike and Blighted Agent and semi-evasion in Ichorclaw Myr +more consistent mana (less pain)+Powerful blue-centered sideboard options-less evasion than maximally possible-not as many removal options in sideboarding
BUG Infect (the most played option)+Can kill on turn 2+More evasive creatures (Plague Stinger addition)+powerful black sideboard options in Abrupt Decay and Dismember -very painful mana (hurts against aggro decks with removal)-less creature protection in sideboarding
If you'd like, check out my infect list, which has descriptions for why I choose certain cards:
