Hi there :)
I'm interested in making an aggro based deck taking into account the abilities of Saheeli rai as well aspossibly sky sovereign consul flagship.Would like it to be aggro and competitive enough to win consistently. Rather than losing every match. It gets kinda old andIm extremely extremely tired of losing.
I have the deck list however not near the deck. But I will put it up first thing in the morning.
Since most of my collection is not with me because I just moved. I'm currently working with what I have in essence that's alot of amonkhet and what I have from the decks I brought with me.
Would very much like to keep it 2 colors but I'm not opposed to making 3 or 4. Red blue or red blue white- have it as a rwb currently.
Had some thoughts about Building with the prowess ability on cards such as stormchaser mage, or the surge mechanic on cards like reckless bushwhacker.
Normally make my decks around themes and then abilities. Example: The Devil's in the Details
Any thoughts, suggestions, or otherwise welcome.

I used Skysovereign, Consul Flagship to good effect in this deck: Speedway Champions
If you want to use the two cards you mentioned, you will probably need to aim at winning in the mid game.
If you want to compete you will need to end up purchasing some cards.
That's unfortunately the only way to make decks win more consistently.

I understand. If I don't have em I can order or get them.
This is just what I had with me or picked up recently. Its a deck it'll need tweaking. :) just need a direction and some ideas. Since you and LeaPlath have more time playing with these cards, I'd like your thoughts on how to best use them.

Put the deck together on TappedOut and I'll playtest it and give you my thoughts.
I can't do anything with a list of cards.

I made some changes. And have updated the deck.
I know I need to cut down 10 to 15 cards.
Will add my maybe board in a few minutes.

I mean tag me in the Comments of the DECK, not here.
Also don't tag someone who hasn't asked you to. It's frowned upon.
LeaPlath probably doesn't want a whole heap of notifications popping up for a deck s/he has shown little interest in.

So you want to be an aggro deck that wins off a 3 mana walker, and a big ass ship that costs 5 but doesn't attack immediately?
That has stopped being aggro, because both of those cards don't immediately contribute to your enemy being dead the way other cards might.
