It's a budget Turtle tribal deck. Obviously, I'm not expecting it actually be good but I could still use some help making it a little less horrible.
I'm currently splashing for access to Pyroclasm to use against aggressive weenie strategies and anything that's trying to go wide but I'd rather not splash at all and especially not for a card that I usually want to be casting early, so can anyone think of any or cards that could replace the 'clasms in that role?
I'm using Assault Formations and a Sight of the Scalelords to make use of my Turtles' high toughness; the Formations are good but redundant in multiples and the Sight is both expensive and doesn't work with Meandering Towershell. Are there any other good "toughness matters" type cards that would be a good fit?

What about Propaganda? It seems good against decks trying to go wide.

Cool deck, I like it. I actually built a turtle TURTLES! myself, I splashed black in it for the Wandering Tombshell and have Accorder's Shield to help with pumping them up and keeping them ready for defense. The mayboard is just for listing other cards related to turtles and tortoises.

Yes, MagicalHacker, Propaganda is a very good solution. Thank you.

Might not be the exact thing you are looking for but Displacement Wave could act as sort of a "blue Pyroclasm". You might be able to use AEtherize, Engulf the Shore (turtles naturally have a higher toughness), or Cyclonic Rift (for late game).
Also yay for turtles! Khelonian's Chelonians is my take on turtle tribal though it has a higher emphasis on aura / enchantments

Yeah, I thought about mass-bounce spells but I decided I didn't like them because it only delays problems and my deck isn't nearly proactive enough for that to a sufficient solution. Although you did remind me of AEtherspouts, which might work, since the Turtles do encourage the opponent to attack with everything.

I can think only from a commander standpoint. I'd suggest looking up Doran EDH decks to get more ideas.
