Transformation Sideboard (Combo/Control to Aggro) Help

I play casual, so sideboarding is not something I think about much since we don't usually do best of 3. However, I am intrigued by transformational sideboarding.

I have made a Jeskai combo deck using Jeskai Ascendancy + Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper to create multiple land creatures. This paired with Soulfire Grand Master's ability to bring spells back to your hand can allow you to continuously play spells.

Now, it is obvious that a combo like this is tough to continue to play over and over since your opponent will learn which cards to counter or destroy. So, I wanted to make an aggro sideboard to substitute out things like Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper and Planar Outburst and substitute in Mantis Rider, Monastery Swiftspear, and Seeker of the Way. These cards still work well with Jeskai Ascendancy.

Please help me if you can think of any other cards that would do well in either part of this deck. I know that most people do not use the sideboard to transform a deck like this, but I feel like a combo deck is the perfect opportunity to do so.
