Sydri Tiny Leaders!

So I've decided to try building a combo/control deck revolving around Sydri, Galvanic Genius.

Decided to make this deck Tiny Leaders because having to look through only 49 cards for a combo is a very good improvement, and also being able to tutor out combo pieces with the Tansmute ability, not having to worry about the 3CMC constraint.

The only problem now is, the limitations of 3CMC. Luckily, there are a few, I am interested in including more, but my primary concern is my mana base: how can I improve it on a low budget?
