standard mono blue mill/control!

I had an idea last night that I could make a mono blue mill deck with Meletis Charlatan and Mind Sculpt and Mnemonic Wall. Also Evanescent Intellect on an Ornithopter. Is this a good idea or is it impractical?

could work. Maybe throw in Phenax, God of Deception

I'd say its impractical. You'll need to balance creature removal and your mill spells, and the idea isn't strong. I'd say go the Phenax, God of Deception route with Wall of Frost, Returned Phalanx, that 0/4 outlast, etc.

What about R/U? Meletis Charlatan + Howl of the Horde + Mind Sculpt + attacking creatures with Generator Servants on field.

@shepherdofire: Thats magic fantasy land. It would never work in even a semi-competitive event (FNMs included). Each card in that combo is very weak on its own.
