Sliver optimization help

Ok so i'm mostly happy with how this list is handling. I've got it pretty well tweaked to the right numbers in my spells and such.
My problem lies in Hibernation Sliver. It so rarely is useful. Every once in a while it will do something cool like bounce back to my hand for a clutch FoW, or save a key sliver or two from a board wipe, but more often than not it just ends up being pitched to force, or being a body that offers nothing to the board state.
I'm looking for advice on alternatives that might fit well in it's spot.

cdkime, Heart Sliver might work, but I think Leeching Sliver is going to be the direction I focus most of my testing on. Thanks for the suggestions, they certainly help.

Heart Sliver is a must. Leeching Sliver is another solid option, and will punch through damage, even if they have blockers.
Gemhide Sliver is another option, but probably unnecessary--all your slivers are 1 or 2 mana, so additional ramp does not provide you much utility--any sliver you tap for mana is a sliver you are not attacking with, and that seems a bit wasted.
