Serious Flaw in my deck.
Deck Help forum

My deck Game of Life Counters is based on life gains and counters. I just realized that Erebos, God of the Dead cancels life gains if in play. This could kill the mechanics of my deck. I am looking to replace Harsh Sustenance with a card to help get ride of Erebos, God of the Dead which is Indestructible. any suggestions? I was thinking maybe Trostani's Judgment, Erase, or Banishing Light.
There's Abzan Advantage too - it even helps you gain more counters. But yeah, the chances of running into an Erebos in Standard are pretty slim, let alone in Modern. Don't worry too much about him/her/it.

In Modern, I don't think you have to worry about Erebos, God of the Dead because there are no Tier1 decks centered around life gain, and only Burn cares about their opponent gaining life.
So what you need to worry about most is Skullcrack and Atarka's Command against burn.

So an enchantment creature still counts as an enchantment?

Deicide if you are looking for something specific, but with a W/B deck just run Unmake if you want to keep the budget low or Path to Exile if you don't care, still nobody runs erebos in modern, not even as sideboard.
Also Wall of Blood+Rite of Consumption for instant win.

Erebos, God of the Dead only stops life gain for your opponents. "Opponents can't gain life''
You can still gain life just fine.

Erase is fine. but not many people run erebos. so your chanche of meeting one is very rare.
