Rivers Rebuke Vs Open Into Wonder?

Trying to get a Merfolk deck up and running for this weekends standard showdown, and after looking up some lists, I am at a quandary. Noting some decks run a few copies of Rivers Rebuke as that late game end all cards, wipe the enemys nonland permanents and go for the win, and it seems great on paper. But then looking over some alternatives, I come to Open into wonder from Amonkhet that is the xUU that can make X target creatures unblockable and they draw a card for each that deal damage. Would Open into wonders be a better card due to its versatility?
