Rawr! (Semi-competitive Budget Rakdos Dragons in Modern)

Hey all! I got bored with all the $1000 modern decks, and wanted something cheap and fun. Looking to put together a cheap Rakdos Dragon Deck, somewhere around $100. Obviously our main beats are in the form of Thunderbreak Regent and Stormbreath Dragon, probably implementing Draconic Roar and Kolaghan's Command for flavor points. Other then that, I'm up for whatever. I've got the land base set up farely well, at around 24 (4xTemple of Malice, 4xDragonskull Summit, 2xHaven of the Spirit Dragon, 3xEvolving Wilds, 4xSwamp, 7xMountain), so what I really need help setting up is the nonlands and sideboard. I have some ideas, but I'd like to see what you all suggest. Thanks!

4 Lightning Bolt and 4 Terminate are a good starting point for non-lands. Also Duress.
