Rakdos Sideboard help

I'm looking for help in my rakdos blood moon deck, Unholy Moon. I've got a few problems I'm having with making decisions for the sideboard.
Should I use Engineered Explosives or Ratchet Bomb to remove nonland stuff?
What do I take out vs affinity?
What do I need more burn hate?
