Most sites are saying this card isn't standard, modern, legacy, or vintage legal and I'm wondering why. Wizards list of banned or restricted cards doesn't say that it's banned and neither does mtg salvation. Little confused here.

I'm working on a zombie token deck for legacy and would love to include it. 2/2 Zombies for Dayzzzz

It is legal for use in Legacy, EDH and VIntage. Any card in the commander decks is useful only in those formats (and Pauper, if the card has common rarity).

Yea like he said, commander decks are only legal in EDH and Legacy.

That's the thing though, when I try to add the card to a legacy or vintage deck it tells me that the card is illegal. I can't find a reason why.

Card legality on T/O is weird, especially for newer sets. Never rely on this site for card legality. Gatherer is the only source for that.
