Noob Question: Sharing a Deck

I just started using Tapped Out and have made my first deck that I would like feedback on but I am not sure how to share it. I have tried searching it with other devices and my deck does not show up? Would anyone mind helping this noob?

Edit the deck and look for a checkbox marked "Is private." Make sure it's unchecked.
