Nicol Bolas Legacy Deck Help

I'm fairly new to the game and am looking to build a deck involving Nicol Bolas the planeswalker. I am bad at deck building, though. So I am looking for help building this deck. Thanks!

Like I said before. Play cheap ritual spells like Rite of Flame, Desperate Ritual and the like to cast Possibility Storm quickly, then cast Tibalt to have storm turn him into Nicol Bolas.

Babafaba No, I am only looking for something for kitchen table games. But the green mana ramp is an interesting idea.

Are you looking for something competitive? Because Nicol Bolas doesn't have a place in competitive Legacy. Except if you are interested in some variant of Veteran Planeswalkers decks. I've seen some lists of that deck and it seems fun but not Tier 1.
If you are looking to build a casual, budget deck around that Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker you cracked in a pack then try adding some ramp. Maybe add green and start looking into Commander deck lists for the best ramp cards(I.e. Kodama's Reach, Sol Ring, Darksteel Ingot, Coalition Relic, Chromatic Lantern, Farseek and the like).
You would also like so me Counterspells since you are in blue. You wouldn't like your opponent to destroy your Bolas before you do anything with it.
