Niche Effect for Equipment

Is there a card or cards that attach equipment you control to creatures you DON'T control? A card like Artificer's Hex would be great as a combo with this. Trying to make a Curse heavy Abzan deck with this card, but how do I force the equipment on my opponents?

There is indeed one card that allows you to attach equipment to another's creature - Magnetic Theft. However, it's not in your colours and fairly mediocre (though might have some limited utility in buffing your own creatures if Voltron decks are common in your meta).
