Need some advice on artifact removal

which creature would flow best in my deck to remove artifacts in legacy? Goblin blitz is my deck. Tin Street Hooligan or Goblin Tinkerer ?Which of these will work best in the current legacy format and if neither of them then please suggest valid options.

Goblin Tinkerer is more consistent unless you're planning on adding green in, but that doesn't make much sense, so I say he's best. EXCEPT, if you really want to get rid of artifacts, you would want to include some green for spells that exile target artifact or enchantment for the dark steel sets.
