Need help with making Artifact Deck work better in two-headed giant!

I almost always play two-headed giant with my ffriends and whenever I play with this deck-Artifact Deck-it doesn't perform as well as I'd like. Looking for some suggestions on how to make it better while staying within a $40-50 budget. Thanks :)

A playset of Steel Overseer would speed up your deck considerably. Cheap black removal could be favored over white with access to cards like Bone Splinters, Murder, and even Brittle Effigy. The most important concept though is that you and your partners deck work in synergy with one another. Posting his deck list as well will greatly improve feedback to the both of you.
