Need help with Deckbuilding

Hey guys
I'm working on a Decklist for Naru Meha But I think I hit a block in the road.
The reason for this decklist is I think Naru Meha could become competitive but I do not trust my deckbuilding skills nor my knowledge of cEDH as far as to say "Here slam" this should be it ...
after recent events, I'm going to step off the gas and ask the forums/members and evolve it until I think it's ready for the list.
would you people be so kind as to give your 2cents on the deck and what might need improving?
