need help with deck. wha to add/drop?

trying my hand at a vampire deck with newer cards. but im sure there are better cards out there. i know i want to add a Liliana flip planeswalker because her ultimate has a cool effect when creatures die, like Kalitas does. want to go off that theme. Stuff happening when creatures die. So please help with suggestions. deck is below
