Need help with a budget casual deck.

Hey there, I'm trying to build a relatively inexpensive (~$100) deck built around Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, so far I have some dragon tribal stuff and Curiosity for a wincon. Not sure how to make this better without spending hella money.
