Need Help for Mono Blue Mill Deck

Hi, I'm creating a mill deck and I'm having trouble narrowing down the cards I want to use. I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me narrow down my cards to 60, or tell me if it would be more advantageous to have a deck with 60+ cards in this situation. Any cards I originally had in my deck, but removed are in my Maybeboard just in case. Feel free to post any suggestions or critiques- thanks!
The strategy of this deck is relatively simple- use Doorkeeper with defenders to mill cards and stall against creatures while using spells to mill additional cards. Draw cards and punish the opponent with Sphinx's Tutelage Use Drift of Phantasms to search for any of my spells if necessary (practically all of the enchantments use 3 mana). If I don't need these enchantments, use Drift of Phantasms to defend + contribute to Doorkeeper's mill.

Riddlekeeper and Jace's Archivist work very well with these cards- thanks!

Riddlekeeper fits very well, and Jace's Archivist gets more bang for Jace's Erasure's buck.
Riptide Pilferer's use is very limited, and Serendib Sorcerer also doesn't seem very valuable.
