Need Help Cheating Uril, the Miststalker Into Play (EDH)

Uril, the Miststalker is the general for my voltron deck, which is creatureless. This deck focuses on speed and aggression, relying on cheap auras, card draw and mana dorks/land tutors. There really isn't anything in the way of defense, and it usually performs pretty well, especially as a revenge deck, but I'd like to take it to the next level by decreasing the number of turns it takes to play my general. Any suggestions?

4 Dig Through Times should work but its a bit expensive in mana cost. If you can get your hands on a Protean Hulk that would be a really great for you. Any method of blinking in Protean Hulk would also benefit you Im thinking Flash but that would mean you are just flash hulking in that card and nobody who uses flash hulk is liked. Also Summoner's Pact could help but it's a bit risky.

I also forgot to mention, plenty of Planeswalkers can do this for you.

The standard mana ramping would help. Burst or otherwise.
