Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should add/get rid of with this deck? Basically it may seem hard to play except for when you put out Celestial Dawn and then you can have all lands equel a plains. Thanks :)

I like the way you are thinking. decreasing the cost of every dragon to get lots of dragons faster. Thanks :)

Yup! Be careful not to overextend, which is very easy to do once you reduce your costs. Try to leave a few in your hand if they aren't needed.
The only other suggestion I have is to add some removal. You have tons of dragons, but what happens if they have something like Baneslayer Angel? Uh-oh.

I agree with ducktape here. There is little reason to get away from mono red with a splash of another color.
My favorite dragon combo is Archwing Dragon at a reduced cost with Scourge of Valkas and/or Dragon Tempest

Link for the lazy
Linking your deck increases the chance of getting feedback.

Your deck doesn't really do anything until you start dropping Dragons. You also don't have much reason to complicate your land situation by running Scion of the Ur-Dragon. Why not just go and maybe one other color? If you don't draw a Celestial Dawn or the right lands you're in a bad place.
What about things like Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman to get your dragons out faster? These could replace things outside of R/G/X and make the deck much more consistent and aggressive.
I realize this entire post isn't very useful if you're intent on using Celestial Dawn and all five colors, but just something to consider :)
