My First MTG deck - Need help to make it better

Hi all, I made a pretty cool elf deck as my first MTG deck. Looking for ANY feedback on how to make this deck much more powerful.
The deck's power resides in pumping out low costing elves and using Shaman of the Pack to deal damage + all the other elves abilities.
