Mono-Blue Illusion Deck Advice/Help Needed

This is my Mono-Blue Illusion deck, which I'm working on for FNM and tournament play. I need help with possible improvements. Keep in mind, I'm working with what I have, but there are some cards that I can pick up. Also, it needs to remain Standard.
