Making new deck, suggestions??

I have one finished modern deck,
Building a New, Crueler Meta (!!SUGGESTIONS!!) Playtest
Modern
SCORE: 19 | 29 COMMENTS | 1851 VIEWSand I want to start working on another one. What are some cheap (400 or under-ish) viable modern decks? I was thinking faeries or black or green devotion, what do you guys think?

Splinter Twin.Budget Splinter Twin 8-Rack 6-Rack, wut. Draw Control (Pixy Stik) Draw ControlAll of these decks are budget so you can just add more of an expensive card or something completely different. Faeries seems a bit hard to play but if you want I could try to build you one.

GamingReborn13 If that isn't too much trouble for you that would be amazing! I have wanted to play faeries but couldn't find a great budget deck, and you seem like you have a lot of skill in lowering the cost of higher-cost decks. Nice decks btw

RADiO Ok, I will try my best. It usually takes me 20-30 minutes to lower the price of a deck.

RADiO Okay, I think I made a pretty good deck, if its too expensive then just cut a Vendilion Clique and add a removal spell like Dismember. Hope you like it! Deck: Plastic Faeries

), Storm decks, Loam decks, you've got tons of room to work with with that kind of budget. Just build what you like to play.
