Looking to build a Rats Deck for Standard.

I'm looking to make a Rats deck somewhat decent for Standard. I don't have a lot of money so I'm generally trying to keep the cards costing $20-30 out, until I can afford such things. Currently I'm working with this deck I found on mtgvault.com, but the creator has taken it down. His user was Art, Rats rats rats! is the deck, and I've posted it here for convenience. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

i had a fun rat deck before INN and m13 rotated out. Ravenous Rats and Typhoid Rats where great rat cards. since then, i don't bother cause honestly, Pack Rat is the only decent rat left

Correction. I'm still getting used to linking things on here, and the one above is for someone else's legacy deck. The deck I'm using is Rats-Rats-Rats. Apologies.
