Looking for very (VERY) budget decks for a newbie

Hey, I'm the newbie...ish. Played very casual and now looking to build up a bunch of very cheap decks that play nice against each other.
It's similair to Cardkindgom battle decks but I'm in Australia and shipping is nuts!
Some mechanics I'd like specifically are:- Equipment decks- Vehicle decks- Any other interesting ones.
I would greatly appreciate some directions to good listings :)

Thats great thanks! I could replaced the expensive $3+ with other vehicles to make it ultra budget.

If you want a fun deck that you could take to a modern event and actually win then look up zombie hunt

I'd suggest looking into commander. You can pick up pre cons for $30 a box.
I also suggest building a cube set. Basically take your favorite set/block and make a cube from commons and uncommons.
Cubes are usually 180-540 cards. 180 is my personal reccomendation, as it can support two player sealed and 4 player draft.
Cubes are great for not only deck building, but also tons of fun to build and draft. I suggest building a $20-40 cube and playing that.
As for cube construction, internet can help a ton.
